When did you start this business?
M: “We started METTIQUE about 10 years ago and we had a team of over 30 people at that time, some of which worked from FOUND OFFICE due to its prime location in the heart of Bangkok. We have around the same amount of people working for us today as when we started the business, but our revenue has increased over 4-5 folds… I am proud of the fact that despite the big amounts of competitors in the market, METTIQUE is able to be the only brand in the entire country with a unique craftsmanship concept of hand-stitching all of our products, without the use of a stitching machine. No other brands do this.”
What is most important in achieving business success?
M: “The success of my business team I believe is firstly the direction in which I was able to lead the team to. Second success is that we are able to provide trusts to our employees which in turn proves high loyalty to the company. Thus we are able to maintain our core company assets… I think the most important thing is to be honest in your business. This will retain your customers and bring new customers from word of mouth… FOUND OFFICE is the perfect choice for me for many reasons. Firstly, the location of the office is as central as it will get in Bangkok. Located in the heart of Chidlom, the most prime location in Bangkok, all parties are able to commute to the office with ease. Not only do I love the full services FOUND OFFICE provides to its tenants but the level of friendliness of the staffs. They do make us tenants feel like home, like it is really our office.”
